- Heroku for API services (EU-based servers)
- AssemblyAI for audio transcription

- You grant us limited rights to process your data for service provision
- You may not resell or redistribute our services
- We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase

- Our AI-generated insights are provided for your use but may not be resold
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms

- Refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason
